Order
1. How can I place an order?
Simply select your desired product, add it to your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout. There, you can enter your delivery address and select one of the available payment methods. You will then receive an order confirmation via email.
2. Can I change my order later?
We can make changes as long as your order hasn't been shipped. Please send us a message as soon as possible with your order number and the desired changes.
3.How do I know if my order was successful?
After completing your order, you will automatically receive a confirmation email with all the details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
4.Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Please send us a short message with your order number as soon as possible, and we'll take care of it.

1.What payment methods are available?
You can pay with PayPal, credit card, Klarna or Sofortüberweisung – secure and easy.
2.Is the payment secure?
Yes, all payments are encrypted and processed according to the highest security standards.
3. When will my account be debited?
Your payment will be processed immediately upon completion of your order.
4.Can I pay by invoice?
Yes, you can conveniently order on account via PayPal if this option is displayed during checkout.
Delivery
1.How long does delivery take?
Usually 14-21 business days after your package has been shipped.
2.Is there shipment tracking?
Yes, you will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your package is on its way.
3.Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
4.What if my package is delayed?
Just contact us – we’ll check the status immediately and help you further.
Return
1.How do I return an item?
Any return must be notified via email (support@mynichota.com).
To register your return, we need your order number (which you can find in your order confirmation). We will verify this number and inform you via email about the correct return address and the next steps.
General right of return
The goods received can be returned in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. The conditions for return are that the original packaging is undamaged and the goods have not been used.
Return policy for personalized items
Personalized items can only be returned if the item arrives defective or faulty.
The customer must cover any postage costs incurred. If the delivery is incorrect, we will cover the postage costs.

2.I received an incorrect/damaged item, what now?
If you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service team by email at support@mynichota.com and let us know which item you received. Please have your order number ready, which you can find in your order confirmation.
Damage to the delivered goods must be reported as soon as possible, but no later than 5 calendar days after delivery. We will, of course, arrange an exchange or refund for you.
